Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Anita is excellent. She helped me out like it was her business.

Star Taxes, LLC helped me 100 with every part of my taxes on the business side. Anita is excellent. She helped me out like it was her business. She is caring, understanding, and easy to talk to personality. She listens and gives great feedback. Her feedback is where I can comprehend what she is saying. She follows up and is very clear about how she explains things. Some language people just don’t understand, but she has been able to break it down to me. I have used her for two years now. I could not ask for anybody better. I can reach her anytime if I need her. In fact, I have called her in the middle of the night and she answered the phone. It’s good to have a CPA that is right there for you and you can count on. I would rate her 6 Stars. I would recommend her to anybody who has a business.
