Alliance Direct? Should be Alliance Third Party Lending!

I got this letter saying I've been pre qualified for a low 3.9% so I thought great! I will b saving me some money, well not so easy, I've called and they said you need to go to a car dealership you might be interested in getting a new car, I said I don't want a new car I just want to refinance, they you still need to go there they need to check your car and make sure what your telling us about your car is true, I said ok it makes sense. When I got to the dealership soon as step in their lot a sales men approached me and I asked for a manager ( I was directed by Alliance to say this) he insisted in helping me, I asked again for a manager so he directed me to the show room and he spoke to someone came back and said managers are busy ill b helping you. I said fine he took a sales slip like if a was purchasing a car asking me questions of my car like if it was going to be a trade in the I assure him I'm not trading my car just refi he looked frustrated because of my stubbornness in not giving in ( I understand this guys are there to make a sale and alliance put them in that situation) after all questions looking at the car and running my credit report, he comes back and says yes I can get you 3.9% 60 months or we can go 72 at 289.00 ? I ask for my keys I told him how can I except this deal when I got 2 and half yrs at 309.00 with intrest of 6.9% I got other cars that was refi by fin co and never had such a bad experience, I felt bad for the sales guy he lost his turn in sales
