The worst experience i have ever had !

I paid the company to help with my credit card debt. I was given very encouraging promises when I signed the contract, all of which were lies. I completed my contract and a year later I was still asking for information on what had been paid and paperwork. They would not return my calls or emails. I tried weekly to get someone to tell me if the accounts had been paid and asking for paperwork. They would never return my calls and if I did get someone on the phone they didn't know anything. After 2 months I finally got an itemized reporAt of the accounts that had been paid. Out of the 21,000 I paid them the my only paid $4000 to credit card. The other accounts were just left til the statue of limitation ran out. They absolutely ruined my credit !! There was $17,000 left from what and I paid and what they lthey had left. They sent me a refund of $1,888. Had they actually worked to pay my accounts I would not complain. But no way do I think the service they gave me was worth $15,000. They did not try to pay any accounts like they promised ! They are a complete scam !! I will do everything I can to make sure everyone knows not to use this company . I have tried to talk to someone about my service, I've made several calls asking to speak to management but no one will even discuss this with me. I have records from all of the calls I have made. They will not answer my calls or emails and no one will contact me. I have never dealt with such a bad company and bad service I have received. I need help getting help but as I stated they will not talk to me or answer my calls. If anyone has any suggestions as to what I can do to fight this please let me know !!!!
