Former Employer 401k Rollover - Smooth & Helpful Process

Initially, I was skeptical of Birch Gold. However, the sales team worked with me over multiple calls to educate me on their company, the industry, where my precious metals would be stored, and much more. After my concerns and questions were addressed the rollover specialists helped with the paperwork and my asset allocation between gold & silver. There was never any high sales pressure and the Birch associates were very pleasant and patient. Moved Roth IRA to Gold

Was a little nervous about the stock market and didn't want to lose any more. Called and spoke a representative who was very knowledgeable and then transferred me to another associate who explained how it would work. Decided to move and my old financial company wasn't working with me. It took several months of going back and forth but Natalie from Birch Gold was very helpful and patience. Once we finally got the Roth IRA moved then I worked with Jake who helped me decide what I wanted to purchase. I am very happy that I decided to do this. Feel much happier knowing my retirement funds are secure with gold and silver.
