Horrific Experience

This organization claims to perform work in stages and charge once these "stages" are complete. Part of stage 1 is to actually get a session introduction with the attorney himself. This never happened and I was continually charges for stages that were never complete. Additionally, they claim to perform a forensic audit but, I never received results (even after requesting 3 times). They had turnover in paralegal staff and never notified me of the change and they rely heavily on using these paralegals but, they are just paper pushers, they do not actually engage with the mortgage company on negotiations - they simply check with the mortgage company to see if they receive the documents. No one EVER spoke with my mortgage company to discuss loan modification eligibility or negotiate (as they indicate this is something they do in their agreement). After continually reaching out to the attorney of record to engage him in the process and understand how they were assisting in the process, he became belligerent and claimed that he has spoken with me on several occasions - again, which was not true. I had NEVER spoken with this man. However, I had requested SEVERAL times. I have filed a complaint with the FTC for violation of MARS and I have disputed all transactions made to my credit card accounts by GMK Solutions due to services not performed.
