Waiting for a late order, without an estimated date and Now the items are out of stock?!

On 3 January I placed an order and the Erin Condren website stated the order would be expected to be shipped on 18 January.... 20 days later and multiple emails to the customer service, 8 finally find out that they are having problems with their supplier and part of it is out of stock. They won't do partial shipments or even give an estimated date when things will be ready from their end! It's been 4 WEEKS and then the shipping will be an additional 2 weeks once they decide to get their act together. I am really unhappy, as my wedding planner and my sister's 30th present was meant to be delivered by now. I have contacted PayPal to help with getting a refund, as the customer service reps are of no help!

Not willing to make their mistakes right.....

I paid $65 for a 18month life planner and $20 for international shipping. After finally receiving the product, I put expensive sticker kits into the planner to organise myself.....and then realised the planner had been shipped to me missing multiple pages. I asked for a refund since the planner was WORTHLESS to me as a student and could only be used for a few months. I asked for a refund and the company refused this request and said I could chose between a reprint (which I'd have to wait at least 2 weeks for) or a $20 credit. When I explained a reprint means my stickers are useless and the credit only covers my postage and not the actual planner, they didn't care. They told me that was all I could have even though their mistake means I have to choose between losing the value of my stickers or the value of the planner. I either have to have a worthless planner missing pages or one without decoration (I can not afford to replace them) in which case, I would not have purchased from them because I only wanted it since it was customisable.

Throughout the entire process, their customer service reps barely listened to me, and fobbed me off over and over again with copy/pasted answers to my concerns. They didn't care.

A month earlier, they screwed up an order and sent me the wrong stuff and then had to redo the order after I'd already waited about 3 weeks for delivery. That should have been my red flag, but nope, I stupidly gave them another chance and now I am going to be stuck with a $65 planner that collects dust because Erin Condren screwed up and wasn't prepared to make it right.

I will never ever ever ever ever give this company a single cent of mine now they have essentially stole $65 of my money on this faulty product I can't enjoy as intended because of their mistake.
