If I could give more than 5 stars I'd give 100 stars. Instant Capital and Paul Campos have to to the best place to help with your home loan needs in the country. Paul Campos works hard to get your loan processed fast, and efficient. If you tell him what you need he'll help you with zero hassles. He did our refinance of not only a first and second, but also a third mortgage in just about 3 weeks total. The interest rate offered was the lowest I could find as well as very low closing costs. He was straight forward and up front about all the rates and fees, and unlike other agents those numbers and rates never changed when it came time to close the deal. Paul answers all phone calls and emails so fast, you'd think he was more than just one man. Anyone who would use any other place for their loan needs would be crazy not to use Instant Capital and Paul Campos to close their deal. Highly recommended to say the last. Give him a call it's your loss if you go anyplace else.
