Purchased but does not ship!

For lack of better judgement I ordered from wlanparts.com AKA Pasadena networks. I should have listened to my gut. NEVER AGAIN these people sit and done ship even if it is just local we are 50 miles away if that. I specifically put in the notes on the order to call if ANY problems. NOPE not one call 2 days later still not shipped and order shows waiting payment even though credit card was pre authorized from my bank for amount but for whatever reason never charged again. called two days later they answered surprisingly told me he did not know what was wrong and would have to talk to the warehouse manager and they would call back same day..

Fri came and went no call Monday no call I called and left message again on mon since they don't answer now no return call or update. Tue called again got same person as last fri gave me the run around that someone was supposed to call and they will call me today. I said nope forget it just cancel order. they abruptly hung up! I called back and asked why they hung up and what they were going to do. He said I will get a cancellation email. So far nothing has come across. I would not do business with these fools they used to be okay about 10 years ago now that they have employees it seems its gone to crap and no control over what gets one. Frank over the years has lost thousands from me I have gone to places like streakwave, Baltic networks, WAV even flytec computers does a better job. Hell I could do a better job then these fools! save your money they suck!

Did not get all merchandise ordered

I work at an ISP office. We dealt with Pasadena Networks for years but on two occasions have not received proper credit for merchandise. First a while back we were never given a credit back on our card for items not received. WE let that go.

In June we had a mixed order which included dish covers we did not get. The UPS delivery showed a lesser amount of boxes. He would not take or answer our calls in the next few weeks so we tried to get our money back on the credit card and somehow he then claimed that we got all shipments which is not true. All the while he would not talk!!!! Or take or return calls!!!

We have not been buying from him any more and suggest you use care in ordering because if you don't get all the order he does not care enough to talk to you about it.The first time he cheated us out of a return credit for around $200. Doesn't that sound it little strange? Buy from Flytec, you will get a better price and actually get the merchandise.
