excellent

I needed an old window air conditioner removed and a new one installed. I was given a quote and assurance that it would be done correctly and it was. The job was done with expertise and efficiently. Everything was explained to me beforehand and throughout the work. I would hire Pedro and his workers again.

Pedro the ripoff & fraud!!!

Firstly, he lied about being licensed and bonded on the contract, he is not, and therefore a fraud. He did not complete his work under contract. Contract was $20k for 5 weeks of labor, it was itemized and we both signed it. We paid him $16k by week 3 because he wanted $8k up front and he walked off the job at week 4 refusing to return after many failed attempts to bring him back. Not only did he not finish anything in the contract, but his extremely poor craftsmanship in the work he did accomplish left us with another $10k in repairs and growing.
