Poor planning, poor execution, average food, isolated hotel with no shuttle service.

Took the Great Trains and Grand Canyons tour. Tour director and bus driver were great. The rest of the trip was riddled with problems. Poor coordination with local ground transportation created confusion. No one had a list of the entire census for the trip so we didn't know if everyone made it on the bus at initial departure and on return to subdivision. Those needing extra assistance were on their own to request wheelchairs, shuttles, etc. The hotel (Marriott Courtyard in Sedona) was isolated and offered no shuttle service. The Sedona website said there was a free local shuttle service, but that service was not running. What made it worse was we passed other hotels that were nicely situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The restaurants where we had dinner were interesting, but the food was average at best. Bottom line is this trip did not live up to the standards espoused by the sales director. It was our first trip with Premiere World Discovery, and sadly, it will be our last trip with their organization.

Second rate

Terrible outfit. Obviously contracted out all their services to second rate outfits. Advertised we would be on newest ship only to have it changed to an older ship after we signed up. Offered “free excursions “ as compensation which were a joke. The wine tour literally consisted of taking us to a Christmas market, handing us a plastic glass with a coupon in it and telling us to go fill it up. Never did we even see a winery. Food on board ship was luke warm/cold most of the time.

We signed up for a two day Paris excursion which from the outset was a lie. Bus operator for trip to Paris was deplorable. Bus old and rundown and we literally had to pull over every hour so mechanic could service the engine. 6 hour trip took 10 hours! (We were initially told the bus ride would be 1.5 hours only to be surprised that it would be 6 hrs.) At one stop the bus driver pulled away while people were still trying to get off!!! Unbelievably not once did the tour director say they or Premier was sorry for the travesty. Basically our “two” day Paris excursion was one day.
