Very unprofessional business Owner

Had a very expensive security door and screen put in last year. this business owner had to keep returning back to my home fix errors he made.. And he thinks he's doing me a favor by doing so. When you destroy my wood window frame, yes; You do need to repair it and buy the paint, not me..He will not admit error; only after you have to tract him down he will tex back. He does not know how to install security screens and doors. Nails to hold up screen protruded through other side of window frame. Light/gaps under door sweep on a $2,000 door. He first cut the sweep crooked using my kitchen scissors, next time it overlapped with gaps so bugs can crawl in. I want to warn others so this doesn't happen to them. He waste so much of my time and now I have to find someone else to repair his awful work. Maybe its time for him to retire or find another hobby.
