Company is selling Microsoft Corp. software while Microsoft is claiming they are not a Microsoft Authorized Reseller
I have a license key from this business that is considered by Microsoft Corp. as being a "pirated" license key for the software that I purchased from this business. I attempted to contact this company for assistance via their online tech support, email tech support (sales@softwareking.com), & telephone number 866-684-7313 (all listed on their US version of their website http://www.softwareking.com), all to no avail. The only person I was able to converse with on the first attempt to contact them was a person that went by the name of "Charlie" on their online chat application that is located on the bottom left corner of their website. After the first attempt to contact technical support with "Charlie," I was no longer able to contact him again. On two additional attempts to contact anyone via the same method, his was the same name to appear on the chat application. And, on both successive attempts I was ignored and disconnected by the operator "Charlie." Beware of what you purchase from Software King via softwareking.com, as it may not be a legal purchase. Contact the business by telephone before you try to purchase their products or services. Their telephone number is/was 866-684-7313, at the time I was trying to contact them for assistance. If you can't get ahold of them during their Mon-Fri "7-4pm PST" hours, I would say be VERY WARY before attempting a purchase from this company.
