Customer Complaint

We agreed to an online purchase of a collectible for the cost of approximately $4000. We provided the funds via Venmo, as requested. It's been 30 days and the item still has not shipped and the owner, Mark Anthony, has been nothing but excuses. After weeks of requests for updates and laity's of excuses, last week he stopped replying to texts, calls or messages. Only after making noise on social media did we finally get a reply, which of course were more excuses and requests for more time. Now asking for a refund, he still has excuses and said he can't refund the funds for at least 2 weeks. We informed him we have obtained legal counsel and if a full refund is not provided legal action will be taken, in addition to criminal charges. Resolution Sought Refund

Andy's wife Amber has since received the prop doll and is extremely happy and posting her unique item all over social media and we are thrilled we could regain her confidence once again to the point of her making plans now to visit us at our next event. These custom made museum quality props we build from scratch can take longer than anticipated sometimes and we understand the worry. We are happy to report the matter has been settled and no further action on either side needed.
