About using my identity to claim money funds

If the person in Bank account have died and no beneficiary and she's in other countries account bank there.. if someone have tried all the required documents having pass test and they said that as long as Filipino d-sma country it it ok..

I’m not sure I understand your question. I was only able to understand part of your inquiry. You’re saying is that a person died with no beneficiary and she had a bank account in another country. So is your question that all the required documentation was provided to claim the funds? Please explain.

I would expect this to be a complicated process with delays. I recommend consulting with an attorney knowledgeable in the country’s estate laws. He or she would be able to not only counsel you, but also maneuver you through any legal issues that may arise.
