Against Robison Chevrolet on 59 in amble Texas

Date: 10/11/2019 11:57 AM (PST)

Robinson Chevrolet was working on gaskets on my top on my stingray Corvette 2015 and stole the driver side rotor and will not replace the rotor all the brakes and now they are denying that they done it.I have filed a complaint and they did not send that they have pictures which they don’t don’t have when I pick my car up how can I go about making them replace my rotors on both sides because they were custom rotors come from the dealership when I ordered my car. This is nonsense it had to be someone from the office that had the guys in the shop to steal one rotor off the driver side of my car this could’ve easily made me have a wreck I never knew why it was pulling hard to the left I even went got a front in alignment I pay for it thinking it was something that was wrong and all the time they had done stole the rotor off of this driver side. This was very dangerous because I could’ve had a bad accident due to the negligence of Robertson Chevrolet workers I need help on what should I do

Hi Fred. I can only imagine how stressful this is. I looked and see that you did file a complaint. We received the response, however never received a rebuttal from you. You can email us your rebuttal to info@checkbca.org and we will reach out to the company once again.

You may also want to consider obtaining legal advice or consider filing a claim in small claims court, if you are unable to settle the matter directly and through mediation.

I’ve never taken my car no where but Robison Chevrolet and he showed me those pictures and 12 6,2019 he did not have a picture thought that day so if he have a picture now it’s concocted to cover their butt. I have a copy of those same days that they gave me and it doesn’t show my car rotor. I have proof thank you for helping me get to the bottom of this

Thanks for the information Fred. We will reach out to Robbins Nissan once again to see if they are willing to provide a final response and address your concerns. We hope that the matter is resolved.

If it is not resolved through our mediation process, keep all of your documents and proof ready if you need to proceed legally with the matter. We can provide you with a copy of your complaint so you have proof of your efforts to rectify the matter.

Thank you for using our services.
