Brakes for life

Date: 10/22/2018 5:14 PM (PST)

Am I eligible for a refund of after market brakes if they became unbearable to keep on my car. I contacted Mr. Tire customer service, sent paperwork of purchasing Mr Tire brakes, and Toyota brake and drum to correct the problem. Can I make a complaint against Mr. Tire? No response from them.

Good Morning Annette. Thank you for contacting us. From what you’ve shared, it seems like you have given Mr. Tire a reasonable amount of time to get in contact with you. It could be that they are reviewing the paperwork you sent in and are simply looking into the matter. Regardless, if you feel a reasonable amount of time has passed without word from Mr. Tire, yes, you can file a complaint. We’ll contact Mr. Tire on your behalf, ask that they address the allegations in your complaint, and as soon as we hear back from them, you will be contacted. Please be sure to specify the location you are complaining about and please specify the dollar amount of the refund you are seeking.
