While we do our best to mediate a complaint, it is up to both parties to decide how and if they will respond. If the business fails to respond, we will notify you that the complaint has been closed unanswered and it will be included in the report that we provide to the public.

Depending on the nature of the complaint, some additional options are small claims court, seek legal advice, contact your State's Attorney General's Office (Find your AG here: https://www.naag.org/find-my-ag/) , and/or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at: (877) 382-4357 or visit https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/. For some matters of fraud you can file a dispute with your bank or credit card company. For issues with your telecommunications, cable, or internet provider contact the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) at https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us to file a complaint.
