Hello Talford. Thank you for contacting our office. In the event that the company fails to respond to your complaint, your next step should be reaching out to the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office. Pennsylvanians are protected by the Automotive Industry Trade Practices Regulations, and their AG’s office will be able to assist you if you need to pursue further action: https://www.attorneygeneral.gov/get-help/

Currently, the company is still within their timeframe to respond. BCA allows up to twenty business days for a company to provide a response to a complaint. Our office will notify you as soon as we receive a response from the business or you will receive correspondence that the company failed to respond and that you need to pursue further action.
