Dealership Doesn't Honor Their Warranty

Date: 12/7/2021 1:51 PM (PST)

What else can I do when a dealership doesn't honor their warranty , besides contacting a lemon lawyer, Better Business Bureau, or consumer. Because I'm still trying to get my car service and I fear for my safety.

Hello Cathy. Please contact the Georgia Department of Law’s Consumer Protection Division: https://consumer.georgia.gov/. They are familiar with the laws pertaining to vehicle purchases, warranties, etc. within the state of Georgia. We have processed your complaint against the dealership and as soon as we receive their response, we will contact you. Please be advised that we allow up to 30 business days for a company to respond. In the event a company does not respond, escalating the complaint to a higher authority such as a state agency is your next step.

This was very help information. I will take your advise. Plus, I received a letter from the dealership , about another vehicle. And a text message about being chosen to financing a 2022 at a cheaper note. But still nothing about fixing my car, that is still on platinum warranty. So far, I still mange to at least get to and from work. But everyday I am scared for my safety. Thank you for your iadvise.
