Extended warranty

I filed a claim on my fridge with warrantec headquarters someone called stating that they would view my receipts and I would get 250 in food loss but when contacting them back I get no response

The company contacted me today and said they would be sending me a check for the full amount I paid additionally my food loss and what I paid the tech

I received a check for my fridge and food loss not what I paid the tech fridge still not working I just got another one I accepted what I did get and called it a day. But thank you for your help it couldn't have happened if I hadn't had help from you and your company again many thanks.
