Hello Angela. You are free to pursue all options, including legal options. I am not an attorney, so I cannot tell you if you have a good case. From the information you have shared, it appears you do have a strong argument. I recommend you gather all supporting documentation, and present it to an attorney. The attorney will review it, answer any questions you have, and advise if he or she feels that you have a strong enough case to take to court.

Upon my research, I see you have filed a complaint with us and the company has responded. You issued a rebuttal, and we are currently waiting for the company’s final response.

Angela, I wanted to let you know that we offer many other consumer services that you may find helpful. In addition to Complaint and Dispute Resolution services, we also offer Business Reports, Resource Guides, Customer Reviews and Scam Alerts. These services are provided FREE to the public. Here is the link to review these services https://www.checkbca.org/consumers.aspx. I would also like to let you know about our Consumer Ally program. It was made for a community of consumers, like yourself, who share our mission of protecting people like you from being scammed by promoting first-rate business practices and warning other of scams. It's free to sign up, which you can do here: http://www.checkbca.org/consumer-ally.
