Hi Bert. I am happy to assist you with how to respond to a complaint. There are a few different ways you can respond to a complaint. If you are the business, you can login to your account from the BCA website here http://www.checkbca.org/accountsettings.aspx and enter in your email address and password. If you are a new business user, you will need to have an account created for you. I just sent you a private email with my direct contact information and request for information so I can set up your account and password which will allow you to respond to the complaint online. You can also provide us with your response using our online Contact Us form here http://www.checkbca.org/contactus.aspx or speak to a BCA Representative by calling (800) 834-1119. Please provide the Complaint ID number when contacting us.

Other ways to submit your response is by fax or mail. You can fax your response to (909) 503-1980 or mail your response to
