How can I get company to refund my money.

Friend recommended her "car"guy to do work on mine. Paid in full for service. However car alarm was not installed and was also charged labor. Four months have past and I don't know what else to do. Company mot responding to me. Had friend reach and nothing. $700 is involved.

I wish I had better news for you. Unfortunately, we did not get a response from Diamond Motorsports to your complaint. The company was unresponsive to our mediation attempts.
There is however, further action you can take. I recommend reaching out to the Bureau of Consumer Protection in the State of Nevada. Their hotline number is (702) 486-3132 or toll-free at (888) 434-9989. I would also ask them if they know if there is any special licensing requirements for companies in that line of industry in the State of Nevada.

I appreciate your help. Company is Diamond Motorsports. Owner Eric Papasin ph# 702.907.5438. Email.. eric@diamondsportsvegas.com job was PIF Aug 19, 2019. Main gasket that was supposed to be fixed is leaking. Car alarm and labor charges$700. I reached out again this week to set up a time and again, no response.
