I filed a complaint against SMG United Contractors. They responded rebuttal. How do I file a complaint against this company with the Better Business Bureau? All I asked Mr. Graves to do was, come out and follow up on his work. I told him I still had a leak around my fireplace which was the main reason I hired him. I had just been scammed out of $10,000 by some company called Supreme Stich Roofing. Yes, they are in it together. I was very patient with Mr. Graves, even though, he had conned me out of money for material that he lied about, in order to get money. As soon as I wrote him a check, I could not get him to answer his phone for days. He kept putting me off and he didn't deliver the material like he said he would. Now all I asked and expected of him, was to come back and check and see why I still have the leak. But, he is too lazy and unconcerned to come back. He sent my receipts through Intuit QuickBooks, which might be fraudulent also. The owners of these two companies was in communication with each other throughout to whole ordeal, including how the first had conned me out of a lot of money. I know this because Mr Graves told me that Mr Johnson told him, that I had given him a lot of money. Mr Graves knew what I had just gone through, so he promised to make the wrong, done to me, right. So I trusted him, because he made me feel that it would be hard to get somebody else to go behind Mr. Johnson and clean up his mess. That was another reason I hired Mr Graves. I am a senior citizen and I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
