How long does a business have to reply
Hello Linda. We allow 20 business days for a business to respond to a complaint. It is important to note that filing a complaint does not obligate the company to respond. As of right now, the company is still within their timeframe to respond. In the event that the company fails to respond or replies by disputing your complaint, then you should prepare yourself to take further action. Contractors are regulated in the state of Arizona. If you have not done so, I recommend researching the company through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC)to check their license status.
