I would like to file a complaint on an insurance company (Geico) which has not represented me fairly and thoroughly for a claim. Will my complaint filed here be accelerated to the company’s upper managment or handled by a third party? In average, how long will it take the complaint like this one to be addressed and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction?Regards,Eveleen
Hi Eveleen. Thank you for your question. Regarding Geico, complaints sent from our office are addressed to Geico Headquarters and from there they are handled by their support team. Unfortunately, Geico has a poor track record of responding to complaints sent from our office.
