To you, I get an urge message saying something needs my attention from you. I needed to fill in my name, address, phone number. I know I put it on the forms. And yet I should put trust in you that you will do all you can to help me.Glad we have people like you on our side.

Good Afternoon. I believe the email you received from us was letting you know that Metro by T-Mobile issued a final response to your complaint. The correspondence that you received from us would have included the final response statement, advising of the company’s final position. I have resent it to you.

The final response from the company is the last step in our complaint process. I understand their final response may not be to your satisfaction. If you are still not satisfied, I recommend that you escalate your complaint to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
