I ordered Nitronal on o/n1534659 and it was shipped on the 16 th November could you provide an update?

Happy Holidays, Noel. Did the company provide you with tracking information? If so, you could track the package online. This time of the year is the busiest mail delivery time, so the delay could have to do with the method of shipping you chose, i.e. Standard, Expedited. Do you recall if the product was available and ready to be shipped? The Thanksgiving holiday may be another reason for the delay. I reviewed the company’s website and they do have a customer service page: https://www.unisciencegroup.com/customer-service.asp I suggest contacting their customer service at 1-866-766-3600 for delivery status. If you do not have tracking information, ask for the tracking number.

Now if you contact the company and find out that there is going to be an additional delay you can request a refund. Further, if the company does not deliver your product and/or does not refund you, then you can file a complaint with us, and we’ll try and resolve the situation.
