How much longer will it be before I get my refund.I haven't heard any response to Budgetel Inn in Pompano Beach FL that caused my bank account to bounce .I need my money.
Hi Patti, thank you for utilizing our Ask the Experts. I was able to locate your complaint filed against Budgetel Inn & Suites. I do see you originally filed your complaint on 5/9/2018. I also see you contacted our office on 5/15/2018 to advise that your complaint had been filed with the wrong company. At this time your complaint was transferred to correct company and sent to them. When your complaint was transferred it started the timeline again, meaning the company has approximately 21 days to provide us with a response, during that timeframe a letter will be sent to them twice requesting a response. You will be notified via email if we receive anything from the company, if no response is received after the 21 days, you will be notified as well. If you have any further questions regarding the status of your complaint, you may contact our Customer Service department Monday –Friday 8am-3pm PST at (909) 825-7280.
