I was told by Angelina Farin I would be refunded my car payments due to them not having an available.moter

If I was told in Good faith that my car payments would be paid back to me.because my motor for Kia Soroento 2011 was on double back order, should they not keep their word.
I feel betrayed and lied too.
I was over 4 months without a.motor for my weeks about without a rental before they helped me.and now I am told they dropped me.

In the event that Kia fails to respond to your complaint, this is a good indicator that you need to escalate the complaint. For instance, Kia Motors USA Headquarters is in Irvine, California. I suggest filing a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs for further assistance: Sometimes, the involvement of a state consumer protection agency may help.
