Kohls said they mailed my corporate refund I was on hold for 2 hours and the guy said there’s nothing he or anyone else that works for the company can help me what can I do I never received anything

However, you’ve already done this. The next thing I would recommend is filing a complaint and I’m glad to see you have already submitted a complaint to us. Your complaint is currently being processed. In the next 48 hours you will be receiving an email from us that will include your complaint ID number. Kohls will be contacted and asked to address the allegations in your complaint. As soon as we receive their response you will be notified. Our complaint process can take up to 30 days.
