My complaint disappeared from the dashboard.

I filed a complaint, I received two emails from Business consumer. Now there is not any information on dash board, as if there was not a complaint filed. What can I do to get something done with my case?

Hello Vicky. We are sorry Lowe’s failed to respond to your complaint. We have closed the complaint as unanswered and will report it to the public for 3 years. Should any government agency request our files on this company, your complaint will be included. Also, you may use the complaint should you decide to pursue this matter legally, or in court.
