No lawyer in Lincoln County can take my case " conflict of interest"

Hello Kathryn. My apologies for your frustration. I believe you need to get another opinion. With all due respect to legal aid, that is their point of view.

I suggest contacting the Oregon State Bar. Their website does offer a lawyer referral and information service: https://www.osbar.org/ris.
