Good Morning Nadine. Thank you for contacting us. To be honest, it’s difficult to challenge a company’s no refund policy. Frankly, I’m surprised the company is not making an exception in your case, since it was allegedly their error that prevented your daughters' from participating in the cheerleading activities. I suggest reaching out to the company on their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/BearsFootballandCheer/. Sometimes reaching out to a business on a public forum such as their social media may cause the company to reconsider their stance regarding your situation.

BCA is also here to assist you. We are happy to contact the company on your behalf and see if we can assist you in obtaining a refund. We make no promises or guarantees, but we’ll make the attempt. Filing a complaint with BCA is quick, simple, and FREE: https://www.checkbca.org/filecomplaint.aspx?id=156292464

Please contact me directly at vantillon@checkbca.org if I can be of further assistance.
