What can I do if the response will never come? How long should we wait? The video may be cleared if we wait too long. Their video should show when I went in the store, when I left and where I sat all the time in between.

Hugh, we allow a company twenty-one business days to respond to a complaint. Your complaint was filed on the 14th of November so the company is well within their timeframe to respond. Further, be aware that filing a complaint does not guarantee a resolution will be reached or that a company will respond. In the interim, if you have not done so already, I suggest reaching out to the company corporate office to register a complaint. These type of complaints most likely would be forwarded to the company’s regional or corporate office to handle, so I doubt a response would come directly from the location in question.
