Hello Jim,

I know how frustrating internet issues can be. I did some research and Apple support has a troubleshooter online to assist their customers who are experiencing Wi-Fi network connectivity issues. Apple recommends first you determine what the issue is and this will help you identify appropriate troubleshooting steps.

• Does the symptom occur with more than one Wi-Fi Device?
• Make sure your software is up to date.
• Check your connections.
• Verify that you are using the recommended settings for your device. You can see recommended setting for Wi-Fi routers and access points here:
• Restart your network devices.

Jim, for Apple’s complete troubleshooting guide, click on this link, I have also contacted Apple support and have invited them to respond to your inquiry on our Ask The Experts forum with additional information that may assist you.
