Do you think I will receive a refund from Days Inn because I've not occupying the room I rented for more than 5 minutes to to the cleanliness of it in the disgust and rudeness of their employees I paid $63. 60 to occupy a room I was not in for longer than 5 minutes and then was treated poorly after the fact very unfortunate stay very embarrassing for Albuquerque as well two out-of-towners Thank God I'm a local and just needed a room for the night but if I was from out of town and came and was treated this way and saw the situation in the circumstances I would pursue further with this and getting them close down this is not the way I company should be ran and no one should be treated this way due to the fact of their negligence it's not the way I company is operated.

The company may respond by refusing your request, offering a different resolution, or choose not to respond at all. We allow twenty business days for a company to review and respond to a complaint, so it’s just a matter of waiting after the complaint is filed. Of course, as soon as we see that your complaint has generated activity you will be contacted.
