Hi Janet. Thank you for contacting us through our Ask the Experts forum. I am sorry to hear the company has not provided you with a timely refund. BCA offers many free services to consumers, including Dispute Resolution, where you can file a complaint against the company and our team of expert mediators will assist in resolving your complaint and your request for a timely refund. Please provide me with the company's information, the amount of refund you are owed, and any correspondence with the company or other information that might assist us in requesting a refund from the company and I will be happy to file a complaint on your behalf. You can email me at atingler@checkbca.org with the information or you can file a complaint online here http://www.checkbca.org/file-complaint. You can check out our other Consumer Services here http://www.checkbca.org/consumers.aspx.
