Hello Annie. I'm sorry to hear of all the trouble you've experienced with this company. We have received your complaint against Home Cinema Center and it is currently being processed.

I reviewed the company's cancellation/refused shipment policy posted on their website. If you have not done so already, I advise you to please carefully review their cancellation policy regarding orders that have shipped and also carefully review their Terms of Sale policy on their Terms and Conditions page: https://www.homecinemacenter.com/terms.asp

It can be difficult to challenge a company's policies, especially policies that are unhidden and made easily accessible. However, filing a complaint could help by making a company take another look at the situation.
