I purchased a three year product replacement and I've spent the last year trying to reach a resolution but every time I call its a new excuse. Did I just get ripped off by Wal-Mart and there flack insurance company. I'm at a lost and don't know what to do. The company Wal-Mart uses is Insurion. There number is 1 877 968 6391. Again I've spent the last year trying to get a resolution, promised three times for a refund and nothing. Please investigate. They are committing fraud

We have processed multiple complaints against Asurion, and the good news is that they have been responsive to our correspondence, and have made a good faith effort at resolving complaints filed through our office.
