I called to complain to A & J Automotive and they scheduled an appointment for Monday June 9th. My question is should I go to that appointment.?
Good Morning Janie. Part of the complaint process is to hopefully open up dialogue between yourself and the company. Upon receiving a complaint, the company may reach out to the complainant to discuss the complaint, as in your case. By all means, the company should be given the opportunity to address your complaint. By scheduling an appointment, the company has made a good faith effort to discuss the complaint. Will the issues get resolved? Possibly. You won’t know unless you speak with the company. You do not want the company to respond at a later time stating that they scheduled an appointment with you and that you did keep the appointment. So yes, you should keep the appointment.
