i have tried to get repair from charter spectrum because my service with my internet is slow,and there hasnt been anyone sent yet.now theyre saying theyre disconnecting me service til i pay my bill and i cannot do that til next wednesday when i get paid and i told them this more than once.ive dealt with slow internet and i pay for high speed ,no repair yet and now if i dont pay the bill today im being disconnected. can you help me?

In the next 24-48 hours you will receive an email confirmation from us that contains your complaint ID number for your records. We will ask that Charter Spectrum address the allegations in your complaint and your proposed resolution. As soon as we receive a response, you will be contacted. Please be advised that we allow 21 business days for a company to issue a response.Normally, a business will not provide a service call until an account is brought current.
