I recently was called from the hospital tht I had a close family member fixing. To die. Well I took off. N before I could get there I needed just a little gas. Well Ieft n a hurry i basically forgot alot. But I remember i had over 4 dollars n my PayPal and on ther app. U can transfer your money for a small 1 fee. Well even at the top of the page it says it happens n minutes. So I tried. And it wouldn't work. So I tried to call PayPal. N got treated awful. Tried to explain my situation and everything and they even went to say tht sigm tht says it moves it n minutes wasn't there. AMD there last words was good luck. So there I sat 8 miles from the hospital AND PayPal refused to give. E my own money even n a emergency.. do I have a legit complaint or what? Any advise would greatly be appreciated.
Jon, I am so sorry to hear what transpired with Paypal. Poor customer service can make an already stressful situation that much harder to deal with. If you have not done so, I would reach out to Paypal Customer Service. By contacting Paypal Customer Service you have a better chance of someone in management being made aware of the incident with you and Paypal. In order for them to properly review the incident, please have the date and time and your account information ready. This information is important because it could help lead them to the representative that you spoke with over the phone.
