Spam or not

I started a complaint with yall. I orderdd a dewalt 14 tool set amd i think it's a spam bexause I dont have anything saying that I bought it from them but my card has the yransaction on it. I need to know if this is real or not. This is the only thing i have. The company is ARIAMN butbwhen iblook it up its a diff site and nothing to do wotb dewalt tools. Can yall help me out Pls

Melvin, if it's a refund you're seeking, you should contact your credit card company or your bank about having the charge reversed. Let them know you have not received your order, the company is not providing order status, and you have no way of contacting the company other than an email address, which gets no response. Unfortunately, this appears to be a relatively new company, so there is not a lot of information out there about them. Per my research, their domain registration was created on 03/04/2019.

The information you provided our office I understand is limited. From what I was able to find out, Ariamn is an online store for various products, Dewalt being one of them. Their website is www.ariamn.com. The only method of contact the company provides is an email address of ariamn@outlook.com According to their website, order processing time is 1-5 business days and shipping time can take 1-2 weeks.

I know online shopping is convenient but you still want to proceed with caution when considering making an online purchase. Please be aware that just because a company has a website does not mean they are legitimate. It's best to research a company before any transaction is done. Google the company name and see if your search directs you to any complaints or negative reviews posted about the business online. Review the company's website and look for a return policy and shipping and delivery terms. Are you able to locate the company's contact information should a problem arise? Is there a phone number, email address and a street address?
