I just filed a claim against Sprint for making false promises and not following through and for pushing products on consumers telling them that they are free and then hitting them with a huge bill on the next billing cycle. You may not even have the claim yet, but successful have you been with going up against huge corporate entities such as Sprint.

Although the company has not been responsive directly with us, we have heard back from consumer’s informing us the matter as being resolved or receiving communication from the company after processing a complaint.
