Success of getting companies to follow though on broken promises

Date: 8/7/2015 1:46 PM (PST)

I just filed a claim against Sprint for making false promises and not following through and for pushing products on consumers telling them that they are free and then hitting them with a huge bill on the next billing cycle. You may not even have the claim yet, but successful have you been with going up against huge corporate entities such as Sprint.
