This bank has mishandled my money just need straight answers

This bank has not been returning my deposits nor my refunds they dont have any phone number to call and when i crunch numbers they never come out right what can i do legally to get to the bottom of whats going on?

Hello Justin. Thank you for reaching out to us. To answer your question about what you can do legally, I do advise you to contact an attorney as soon as possible. An attorney is best qualified to go over with you this company’s lengthy banking policies and terms of use posted on their website. Upon review of the company’s Terms Of Use, I did see an Arbitration Provision and Waiver of Right To Litigate so again, a lawyer is best qualified to go over these terms with you: https://dave.com/terms

As for form of contact, it appears the company prefers contact by e-mail at support@dave.com or by regular mail at 1265 South Cochran Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90019. The company does not provide a phone option.

Also, I encourage you to contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (“CFPB”). They are a government agency that accepts complaints against companies offering a financial product or service: https://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/
