I filed a complaint against Verizon and yesterday received a letter from Stacy Waldron (Verizon Executive Relations team} Saying that they had received my complaint filed with you and to contact my local carrier Bright House (spectrum} ay 855-222-0102 for further assistance. I called there and was told that they have nothing to do with Verizon WHATS UP WITH THAT?
Good Morning Beverly. When Verizon contacted you, did they provide you with any claim number or case number or maybe a customer ID number for you to share with Bright House? If not, it would have been a good idea to ask for one. This also would have been a good time to inquire as to why are they referring you to contact Bright House for further assistance.I checked the status of your complaint against Verizon, and we have not received a response from them as of today, 11/21. However, they are still within their timeframe to respond. I recommend contacting Ms. Waldron with the Verizon Executive Relations Team and let her know that you followed her instructions and contacted Bright House as instructed and they advised you they have nothing to do with Verizon..Ms. Waldron should be made aware. There is no customer Acct # enclosed. There was no contact # listed on the letter either. I googled the name and no phone # was listed. Thank You for responding.
I still not heard from Verizon How much longer do they have? Are they complaint # 04011316?
