I am waiting for the final rebuttal results of case# 988972137.Creger submitted 9/12/19. Irecieved a text on 9/13/19 stating to bring my Toyota to Erics Auto Body and Restoration on 9/17/19 . This was not inthe final rebuttal . I had ask for a full Labor refund and the parts ordered for repair. At this point I do not trust or want to be have to deal with this business and his behavior . No one from BCA has contacted me which they are very good about. I do not know what I am supposed to do or what my rights are. Thank you
Hello Victoria. I looked up your complaint and we have not received a final response from the company as of today, 09/16. In the event the company does not issue a final, you want to prepare yourself to take further action if necessary.
