Good Morning Jerome. Thank you for contacting Business Consumer Alliance (“BCA”). BCA always encourages consumers to reach out to the company first and give them the opportunity to address your concerns. Have you contacted Sprint about the excessive charging? If not, they should have been made aware of it. The company’s website does have a customer support page available to their customers: https://www.sprint.com/en/support.html?INTNAV=TopNav:Support:Supportcenter and has a
customer service page with several options available to reach them: https://www.sprint.com/en/support/contact-us.html

Now if you have already gone through these channels, and Sprint did not address your concerns, then your next step would be filing a complaint. BCA will contact Sprint on your behalf. In your case, we would ask that they address your billing concerns and as soon as Sprint replies, you will be contacted. Filing a complaint with BCA is fast, simple and FREE: https://www.checkbca.org/filecomplaint.aspx?id=13111779 In some instances, Sprint has reached out to their customer directly to resolve the complaint. This is fine also, because it means that the complaint caught the attention of the company and hopefully opened a dialogue with the company.

I hope this information is helpful. Please contact me directly at vantillon@checkbca.org if you need further assistance.
