How long does the business that I filed a complaint on have to respond to my issue with my lost money order and someone was able to cash it when I wrote my name as the payer and my building management name on it as the receiver?
Hello Hyette. We allow 20 business days for a company to respond to a complaint. Keep in mind that filing a complaint does not guarantee a resolution nor does filing a complaint guarantee that the company will respond. Unfortunately, further action may be necessary and this may include legal action. We’ll keep you post if we do hear back from the business.
